流域、河流概况
××流域位于××省中部,由××、××、××、××、××二市三县环抱,东西长 54.5公里,南北平均宽 15.1 公里,湖岸线最长 181 公里多公里。最大水域面积约 825 平方公里,最大容积 48.10 亿立方米,最大深度 0.98~7.98 米。湖水主要靠地面迳流补给,流域面积为12938 平方公里,集水范围包括××,××、××,××,××,××、××等两市五县。沿湖共有河流 35 条。其中较大的河流有××河、××河、×河、××河、××河、××河、×河等。从南、西、北三面汇入湖内,然后在××市城关出湖,经××河东南流至××口注入长江。
下游河流:××河,西起××东口门,东南至××口入长江,是××唯一的通江河流。沿途有××河、西河等较大支流,流域面积 3808 平方公里。××流域水系图见图 2.1-1。
××线航道是××经济圈通往长江的唯一水上通道,是××省“两干三支”国家高等级航道中的一支。该航道起点为××市××新港,终点为××河入江口,由××河、××、××河三段组成,全长约 138km。××线航道和利用水系图见图 2.1-2。

航道现状
××线航道主要由××河(××新港~××)、××(××~东口门)、××河(东口门~××口)三段航道组成,全长约 138km。在××口和××口建有 1000t 级船闸。
××河航道:从××新港至××港综合码头,航道约 6km,有弯曲段航道 9 处,弯曲半径大于 320m,河槽宽 73~106m,能常年通航 500t 级船舶;从××港综合码头至××,航道里程约 17km,大部河段顺直微弯,仅在×河、××处河道呈明显弯曲状态,弯曲半径 440~500m,河槽宽 25~118m,大部分时间内能通航 1000t 级驳船。有沪蓉高速公路桥一座,满足Ⅲ级航道通航标准。
××航道:从××至东口门,全长约 53km。经过 20××年对××、东口门等段疏浚后,××湖区航道基本稳定,水深可维持 2.0~2.5m。××湖区航标按一类航标配布。
××河航道:从东口门至××口,全长约 62km。目前××河现河槽底宽已达 100m 左右,河道底高程 3.59~1.49m,比降为 5 万分之一,滩地宽 15~20m,河槽边坡 1:3,堤距约 200m,堤顶高程为 11.49~13.49m。××河××闸下~后河口段长约 23.6km 河道平面多弯,经人工裁弯后航道从取直后的河汊通行,弯曲半径满足Ⅲ级通航标准要求。后河口~黄雒河口4.1km,河道顺直微弯,黄雒河口~雍南镇 25.6km 河道顺直,雍南镇~××闸河道长约 4.9km,在雍

共 49 页 南镇处××河呈近 100°角的弯转,弯曲半径仅 320m。××闸下原航道长 4.0km,经 20××年裁弯取直后缩短为 3.0km,能满足Ⅲ级航道通航标准要求。沿线有巢县××河大桥、合芜高速公路桥、××河铁路桥、淮南线铁路桥四座跨河桥梁,均满足Ⅲ级航道通航标准。

××枢纽现状
××枢纽主要包括节制闸及船闸,1959 年 10 月开工,1962 年 12 月竣工,由节制闸、船闸、引河及导流堤等组成,具有防洪、排洪、蓄水、引水灌溉及通航多种功能。××闸引河上连××,下接原××河,基本呈直线布置,河轴线自北向南偏西约 30°,20××年加固扩建后,河底宽 100m。节制闸布置在引河的左侧,老节制闸共 10 孔,每孔净宽 5m,底坎高程4.0m,为满足排洪要求,于 20××年进行了扩建,扩建闸闸室为潜孔式,单孔净宽 5.0m,共6 孔,高 7.5m,底坎高程 4.0m,节制闸总设计流量 1370m³/s。
××一线船闸位于引河的右侧,与节制闸平行布置,两闸中心距约 128m。老船闸设计采用原苏联三级标准,闸室长 195.0m,净宽 15.00m,底坎高程 3.5m。上下闸首均为钢筋混凝土结构。闸门均采用横拉门,齿条式启闭机。
××复线船闸 20××年 10 月底完工,船闸等级为Ⅲ级,设计最大船舶吨级为 1000t,船闸尺度为 230×23×4.5(m)。船闸位于老船闸右岸,与现有一线船闸基本平行布置,新、老船闸中心相距约 80m。上下游导航墙长 60m,上游靠船墩长 330m,下游靠船墩长 325m,上下游各布置靠船墩 16 个。设计最高通航水为上游侧 12.49m,下游侧 11.88m,设计最低通航水位,上游侧 7.7m,下游侧 6.42m。

××船闸水运量现状、船舶营运现状
目前,××船闸过闸货运量主要为××流域与长江流域的物资交换。根据××船闸过闸船舶统计资料,20××年××船闸船舶通过量为 4748 万吨,货物通过量达到 2863 万吨,船舶装载率超过 60%。其中上行货物通过量 2212 万吨,占比 77.3%;下行货物通过量 651 万吨,占比 22.7%。过闸货物主要为从长江上行往××方向调入。
从××船闸历年过闸货运量的增长趋势来看,20××年该船闸过闸货运量为 800 万吨,到 20××年增长至 2863 万吨,年均增长 29.0%,运量增长明显。

××船闸过闸货种主要有黄砂、石料、水泥熟料、集装箱、钢材、矿石矿粉等,占比达到 80%以上。主要上行货种为黄砂、石料等,供应××经济圈的房地产和基础设施建设,过闸运量近年来稳步上升;水泥、熟料为××河沿线下行至长三角地区;随着××港集装箱的
