《南水北调与水利科技》：南水北调东线第一期工程南四湖—东平湖段输水结合航运方案比选（赵培青,王俊杰,胡方）（摘要）

摘要：由于南水北调南四湖—东平湖段输水线路与此段京航运河规划航运线路一致，山东省政府决定此段航运工程结合南水北调工程实施。工程结合方案涉及到工程投资和建成后的运行费用问题，山东政府及社会各界对此非常重视，现通过二者结合的多方案分析比较，为工程设计提供了资料，为工程建设主管部门的决策提供了依据。

Schemes Comparison of the Section of the Nansi Lake-Dongping Lake in the Phase-I of Eastern Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion

Abstract:As the water transfer route of the section of Nansi Lake-Dongping Lake of South-to-North Water Diversion is superposition with the navigation route of Jinghang Canal,Shandong government decides to construct the latter combined with South-to-North Water Diversion Project.The scheme related to the investment and the operating cost,so the government and people attach great importance to the issue.This paper provides materials for engineering design and decision-making for construction department by comparison analysis of two schemes.
